   • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
   • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there was an error on our part.
2. Return Process

   • Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
   • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
   • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
   • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
